The lost password process is quick and easy. (Assuming you know your username OR email address you used.)
- Go to the sign-in page http://www.allceus.com/member/login/index
- Enter your username or password.
- Go CHECK YOUR EMAIL. If it is not in you inbox in 60 seconds check your spam or junk mail folders. (HINT: If you use Hotmail/Outlook it will almost certainly be in the Junk folder... MS Smart Screen is not so smart.)
- Click the link in the email.
- When AllCEUs opens again, enter your new password.
The whole process typically takes about 60 seconds. If you are struggling with the reset, you can always create a support ticket.
