Password Reset/ Lost Password

The lost password process is quick and easy. (Assuming you know your username OR email address you used.)

1. Go to the sign-in page http://www.allceus.com/member/login/index
2. Enter your username or password.
3. Go CHECK YOUR EMAIL. If it is not in you inbox in 60 seconds check your spam or junk mail folders. (HINT: If you use Hotmail/Outlook it will almost certainly be in the Junk folder... MS Smart Screen is not so smart.)
4. Click the link in the email.
5. When AllCEUs opens again, enter your new password.

The whole process typically takes about 60 seconds. If you are struggling with the reset, you can always create a support ticket.
